1. Classes will start and end on time. Doors will open 5 minutes before classes begin.

2. Refund: No refund for whatever reasons once enrolment is confirmed and fees are paid. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another student or a later date.

3. Absences and Make-up Lessons: Make-up session can be arranged only advance notices have been given but it must be taken within the current term. Make-up classes cannot be carried over to the next term.

4. Typhoon/ Enforced Closures: Classes will be cancelled when the Typhoon Signal no.8 is raised and/or the Black Rainstorm warning is in force. We will try to arrange for make-up classes where possible (subject to the availability of studio space and teaching staff). No refunds will be given for classes cancelled under these circumstances.

5. Photos and other media: Photographs and videos taken by us during classes, workshops and events, showing your child and yourself, may be used for teacher training and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to the use of these materials, please inform us.

6. Personal Data: The purpose of collecting personal data by means of this form is to process your enrollment for Choco L'ART Studio Art Courses. We collect, store and use your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. The personal data collected will not be disclosed to third parties other than those specified without your express approval, or unless required by law. We will deliver promotional information to you through various communications channels. Should you prefer not to receive such information, please send your request by email to info@chocolart.com.hk.

7. Artwork collection: Student artworks not collected within 2 months from the date of completion will be discarded.
