הסמינר עוסק בהתפתחות אישית, העצמה, הקניית כלים שימושיים לחיי היום יום ועבודה טקסית - שאמנית הכוללת את הגוף והרגש. זהו מסע בן 8 ימים, עם רצף צפוף של תכנים עוצמתיים וחוויתיים העוסקים ברוח, נפש, מיניות ושמאניזם.

הסמינר מובל על ידי שלוש.ה מנחים.ות מנוסים.ות ונתמך על ידי צוות רגיש של אסיסטנטי.ות. העבודה האישית של כל משתתף.ת מתרחשת בתוך מיכל קבוצתי מוחזק ששותפים בו כ-40 אנשים. רצף התכנים שזור באופן תהליכי שהולך ונבנה בהדרגתיות ובקשיבות למשתתפים.ות. הסמינר נבנה מתוך ידע ונסיון ארוך שנים של מנחים ותיקים מכל העולם, והינו חלק מתנועה בינלאומית.

צוות מנחי הסמינר ישתף, ידריך ויתמוך בך במסעך. את.ה תקבל.י מידע והזמנה לתרגול חוויתי סביב אהבה עצמית, שחרור רגשי, עבודת דמויות, כלים לעבודה שמאנית ולעבודת צללים, עבודה עם אנרגיה זכרית ונקבית, תקשורת בריאה, טקסי ריפוי וחניכה עתיקים ועוד.

Ista Living Level 1 is a training that deals with empowerment, personal development, acquiring useful life tools, and shamanic ritual work that includes the physical and emotional body. It is an 8 days long journey, with a dense sequence of powerful and experiential content, dealing with spirit, soul, sexuality, and shamanism.

The training is led by three experienced facilitators and supported by an attentive team of assistants. The personal work of each participant takes place within a held group container. The sequence of contents is interwoven in a processual manner that is being built gradually and attentively to the participants. This training was created from the rich knowledge and experience of senior facilitators from all over the world and is part of an international movement.

A team of faculty will share, guide, and support you. You will receive information and be invited into experiential practice around self-love, emotional release, shamanic tools, shadow work, accessing your inner gender opposite, conscious communication, ancient rituals of healing/initiation, and powerful sexual clearing/activation processes.

The ISTA Living Level 1 is an intense journey that may be emotionally unsettling. It may challenge your worldview, and behavior patterns, and evoke powerful emotions.

This training is a space that encourages and helps develop personal responsibility and sovereignty. The team of facilitators and assistants will be there with presence and support, but the journey is personal and you are required to have the ability to hold yourself and ask for help when needed. This journey will challenge you and may take you to the edge of new realizations. You will be accompanied by love, care, and compassion, but also invited to tune into your inner strength and sensitivity.

An ISTA training is designed for you if you are ready to take a brave path, discover more authenticity and inner freedom, give space to the variety of different parts that coexist in you, and experience yourself fully. For those who choose it, this training may be a platform for significant healing through the tools and experiences that will be offered.

זהו מרחב רדיקלי ששותפים בו כ-40 אנשים, שמזמין לעבור תהליך אישי ורגשי בתוך מיכל קבוצתי. זהו לא מרחב שנוקט בגישה טיפולית קונבנציונלית, אלא בגישה שמאנית שמעצימה את אנרגיית החיים. לא תהיה אפשרות לסשנים טיפוליים פרטניים. זהו גם לא המרחב הנכון עבור עיבוד ראשוני של טראומות בהן מעולם לא נגעת במסגרת טיפולית. 

אם הינך סובל.ת מטראומה עמוקה, מצבים מנטליים לא יציבים או מצב בריאותי מאתגר, יש לפנות מראש לרופא, מטפל או איש מקצוע אחר המכיר את מצבך ולהתייעץ האם נכון לך להגיע. אני יידע.י אותנו במידה וערכת התייעצות כזו ובחרת להגיש מועמדות להשתתפות בסמינר.  בשום שלב לאורך הסדנה לא תתבקש.י להיות באינטראקציה מינית עם אנשים אחרים כחלק מתכנית הלימודים.

התוכנית הלימודית של הסמינר מכילה עירום אופציונלי, תוכן העוסק במיניות, הפעלות פיזיות ורגשיות, לצד עבודת עומק והקניית כלים בנושא ריבונות, הנעה ושחרור רגשי, תקשורת בהירה וגבולות בריאים. העירום, וכמו גם כל תוכן או התנסות שתוצע במהלך הסמינר, הינם תמיד אופציונליים. בכל שלב תוכל.י לבחור האם ואיך תרצה.י להשתתף בהתנסויות או בטקסים.

אנו חולקים מידע זה, כדי לעודד אותך לבחור בדרך הנכונה עבורך. העיסוק ברגש ובמיניות עשוי להיות מורכב. אמנם אנו ניגשים לעולמות תוכן אלו עם ידע וניסיון, אך איננו יכולים להבטיח בטחון מוחלט. אנו מתחייבים לעשות כמיטב יכולתינו, כדי להפוך את המסע הזה ל'בטוח יותר', מלא באהבה, משמעותי, תומך ומעצים עבור כל מי שלוקח בו חלק.

This is a radical space shared by about 40 people, which invites you to go through a personal and emotional process within a group container. It is not a space that takes a conventional therapeutic approach, but rather a shamanic approach that enhances our life force. Individual therapy sessions will not be available. This is also not the right space for the initial processing of trauma that you have never touched before in a therapeutic framework.

If you suffer from deep unresolved trauma, unstable mental states, or challenging health conditions, please seek the advice of a doctor, therapist, or another professional who knows your condition and consult with them about whether it is right for you to join. Please inform us if you conducted such a consultation and chose to apply for participation in the training. 

At no point during the training will you be asked to have sexual interactions with other people as part of the curriculum.

The training curriculum contains optional nudity, content that deals with sexuality, physical and emotional activations, alongside in-depth work and the acquisition of tools on the topic of sovereignty, emotional release, clear communication, and healthy boundaries. Nudity, like any content or experience that will be offered during the training, is always optional. At any stage, you can choose whether or how you want to participate in any ceremony or exercise.

We share this information to encourage you to take the path that is right for you. Dealing with emotional activation and sexuality can be complex. While we, your supporting team, approach these topics with years of knowledge and experience, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do pledge to do our best to make this journey 'safer', full of love, meaning, support, and empowering for everyone who takes part in it.

עלות הסמינר:  
בהרשמה סופר מוקדמת: 7400 ש״ח (הסתיימו המקומות)

עלות רגילה: 8400 ש״ח
העלות כוללת לינה ואוכל למהלך כל ימי הסמינר. 

לאחר מילוי הטופס וקבלת אישור הרשמה, יש להעביר מקדמה על סך 1,900 ש"ח לשריון מקומך. את יתרת התשלום יש לשלם עד ל- 25.11.25. 

תנאי ביטול: ניתן לבטל את השתתפות תוך שבועיים מיום העברת המקדמה, ולקבל את המקדמה בחזרה מינוס 5% דמי טיפול. לאחר שעברו שבועיים מיום העברת המקדמה, המקדמה לא תוחזר במקרה של ביטול. 
לנרשמים החל מה - 2.12.25 ואילך:  בטווח הזמן של השבועיים שלפני תחילת הסמינר (החל מה- 2.12) - אין החזר על המקדמה במקרה של ביטול. בטווח זמן זה אין החזר גם אם עוד לא עברו 14 יום מרגע ההרשמה.

The price includes accommodation and food for all days
of the training.

After filling out the form and receiving registration confirmation, a deposit of 600 USD must be transferred to secure your place. The balance of the payment must be paid by 25.11.25. Participation can be canceled within two weeks of transferring the deposit. You can receive it back minus a 5% handling fee + whatever fees are applied to cover international transfer fees. After two weeks of registration and/or two weeks before the start of the training, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
