If you believe you were issued a citation in error for one of the reasons listed below, please complete and submit a citation review form:
- You had a legitimate parking permit for the area you were parked in.
- Your meter was malfunctioning and you reported it to Parking and Transportation Services.
- You are no longer the owner of the vehicle that was cited.
- A clerical error.
* If you received a NO TAG from Parking and Transportation Services, and received a citation, fill out the NO TAG section as well.
Your citation will be reviewed and a response will be forwarded via email. It may take three business days to receive a response.
