REFUND POLICY: Deposits are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled. If a course is cancelled all paid fees will be fully refunded. Cancelling your enrollment – Cancellations more than 14 days before course commencement you may claim a refund minus the deposit amount of $300. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course the maximum refund will be 50% of fees paid, excluding deposit payment. Enrollment Transfer: provided you give notice more than 14 days prior to course commencement, you may transfer your deposit to another course at Djanbung Gardens – a $100 administration fee will be deducted. If we have to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances all fees paid will be fully refunded. Special Covid-19 refund exception: if you have registered but are unable to attend the course due untimely changes in Covid restrictions or border closures you can choose to transfer your registration to another course or have your paid fees refunded.
