Thank you so much for helping us put on our 11th Annual Gala! Your help is what truly brings our event to life, and we couldn’t do it without you!

Below, you'll find a list of available volunteer slots. Please take a moment to review them and sign up using the button provided. We’ll follow up with more details via email as the event draws closer.

Volunteer Roles

Check any of the roles below that you would like to volunteer for. Brief descriptions are below, then please continue scrolling to select which roles you would like to do. All volunteers will be able to enjoy the seated dinner.

SET UP (12pm-5pm) - Arrive at 12:00pm. Help decorate, unload vehicles, move items, arrange displays, etc. Lunch + drinks will be provided.

REGISTRATION - Arrive at 4:15pm for training. Welcome guests and check guests in as they arrive. This involves using a computer and you will be trained on the process!

RAFFLE STATION - Arrive at 4:30pm for training. Answer guests questions about how the raffle works, what they could win, and how to purchase tickets on their phone, etc.

LIVE AUCTION RUNNER - Arrive at 4:30pm for training. Support during the Live Auction by having each Auction winner sign a winner's sheet to confirm purchase of each package.

LIVE AUCTION HYPE TEAM - Arrive at 4:30pm for training. Celebrate live auction winners with "confetti bombs" when they are announced!

CHECK OUT - Arrive at 4:45pm for training. Event check out volunteers will serve from 8:45pm - 9:15pm at the end of the gala, assisting with guests who have purchased items throughout the event and need to check out before departing.

CLEAN UP (10pm-11pm) - Tear down event and load vehicles.
