Experience
Most important of all...
The  most important of all questions, "Why?" Mostly in regards to the reasons you are applying and would like to participate. To encompass all the questions in your experience that could be answered when presented with nothing more than your imagination to guide you in filling in what follows it, and what you will deem as important for us to know. It can be one simple answer, or an entire thesis. Or a series of Q & A, each time answering a new "Why" in progression. We leave the choices up to you as how to respond, and only ask that you don't leave us questioning along the same lines after reading. Example: Why did the applicant shave a poodle on a Thursday?
Why?
How well can you follow instructions? *
Oh the humanity!
On a final note, just so we know that you are both competent as well as a human, please complete the following based on these instructions: Write a sentence about a cat and the logistics of being a feline. Next, delete the entire sentence about the cat, and write a sentence about a dog and the logistics of being a feline. Finally, write a sentence about why you made the change linking it back to the logistics of being a feline without mentioning a dog or a cat.
