PRHS 2022-2023 Leadership Application For Current PRHS Students
Thank you for your interest in leadership! All students who would like to be considered for leadership must meet the requirements below, and submit this google form by February 18th, 2022. All new or returning PRHS leadership students may be interviewed.  We may ask for counselor or teacher recommendations. A one sentence answer might not provide us with enough information to accept you into the program.
Requirements:
-2.5 GPA this year with no F’s in any class
-Complete this application and questionnaire

What sports, clubs, or activities have you already committed to for the 2022-2023 School Year?  Please list clubs, groups or extra curricular activities you have participated in and how they could help you in leadership.  Participating in leadership requires 30+ hours outside of class participation.  Do you foresee any conflict with helping at lunch, after school or on the weekends? *
