2026 IATSE Pride March Registration - Toronto
The 2026 Toronto Pride Parade is happening on Sunday, June 28th.  As we've done in years past, the IATSE has reserved a space for members to march.

IATSE members/permits may bring family members and friends along.  Free T-shirts will be available on the day on a first come a first served basis, while sizes and supplies last. 

A few days before the parade date, an email will go out to the email address you provide below to inform you of the meeting time, location, and any other relevant info.  Signing up doesn't lock you in so feel free to sign up even if you're not sure you can make it so that you're kept in the loop.  Similarly, members can still show up on the day without signing up.  This sign-up just gives us a way to make sure we're communicating details to those who are interested.

PARADE VEHICLE:

This year our contingent will once again include a flatbed truck as part of the parade!  The space to ride on it is limited and most people will still need to march, but there will be a few spots for those wishing to ride. (Please note that Toronto Pride does not allow marchers to get on or off the vehicle for the duration of the route.)

We’re looking for extra hands to support us throughout the day with things like distributing water, helping coordinate participants at meeting points, and running supplies between the float and marchers.

As we get closer to the parade and have a better idea of what support is needed, we’ll send a separate email to those who express interest to help fill those roles.

Is there anything else we should know?
By marching in the parade you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or videos taken by fellow IATSE members or members of the public/media.  The images may be shared online on websites, videos, social media, and/or printed/broadcast by the media.  We never want anyone to feel uncomfortable or outed by participating in the parade, however due to the very public nature of the event it is impossible to guarantee privacy from photos or video being taken of you or your guests. *
