The built environment in Europe is rapidly responding to the continent's need to reduce emissions in construction. ESBA, however, is of the opinion that some organisations in the sector are not doing enough and some large scale builders, as well as product manufacturers are continuing with the same routines and greenwashing the general public. ESBA is therefore collectively proposing to set up Action Teams for the purpose of promoting strawbuilding so that the benefits of this material can be adopted to a greater extent: natuarally constructed buildings that are better for the planet.
