Embark on an extraordinary 5-day retreat where we'll dive into an immersive, mystical and spiritual journey, designed to rejuvenate, and potentiate both our physical and ethereal bodies. Together, we'll access the secrets of Metatron's Cube—a sacred geometry that cradles the ancient wisdom and creative vibration of the Earth and Universe.
Each day is an unique exploration, activating a Platonic solid/an element of nature within our beings—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. We'll infuse ancient practices, and Universal wisdom into our daily journey, utilizing the transformative power they can offer us. To support our intentions, we will visit sacred sites, and vortex spots in and around the natural powerhouse of Mount Shasta—a place known as Earth's base chakra, and the genesis of creation.
Despite its mystical aspect, our retreat's main goal is simple, yet profound.. to reconnect, realign, and further integrate our Higher sacred self. Its a mission to anchor our personal Christ consciousness deeper onto the Earth— an upgrade that promises to be life-changing, as we emerge into brighter/fuller versions of ourselves.

Some activities: All days will be woven with Yoga (all levels, don't worry if you've never practiced or if you have any physical restrictions), pranayama, guided meditation, art, song, Satsang, mantra, prayers, and transformative processes in the sacred sites of Mt Shasta.
2 complete Organic vegetarian/vegan meals are included daily. Brunch after the morning activity, and dinner after visits to sacred sites, we recommend that the other meals are healthy snacks, as we will spend this time in nature. Any dietary restrictions must be notified using the form below so that we can serve everyone as best as possible.

Accommodations on the days of the retreat according to the participant's choice, all activations, practices and retreat guidance, entrance fees to parks and sacred sites, guided visits and tours to sacred sites, trails, waterfalls, lakes, caves, etc., 2 complete organic, vegan/vegetarian meals daily, as the rest of the day we will be in nature which will only require snacks.
What is not included:
Air and ground transportation in general, both to get to Shasta and the Retreat site, and to travel within Shasta to the sacred sites that we will visit. Accommodation and tours before and after the retreat. Additional food and drinks in addition to the 2 daily meals. We will create a WhatsApp group for participants who want to share car rentals or stays before and after the retreat there or at other locations, if that interests you.

Contractual conditions
▻ The reservation is only guaranteed with payment in full/in installments or reservation amount/minimum deposit ($500) and confirmation of receipt of your payment by the event team.
Refund and cancellations
▻ After registering for this retreat and making your deposit, you will be committed to the place, so in case of cancellations, we inform you that the deposit of $500 is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be 75% refundable (of the total value of the chosen accommodation) if you requeste/notify us until 05/24/24. And non-refundable after that date*. In case of refund, it will be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
If you come from outside the country we recommend taking out international travel insurance, so if for health reasons you are unable to attend, you will be reimbursed by the insurance company.
*If you are unable to attend for health reasons such as COVID, for example, and you have not taken out insurance, you can ask someone else to take your place, this being the sole responsibility of the participant who withdrew or cancelled. In this case, the person who will replace you must contact the retreat organization (with Milena) so that the appropriate instructions about the retreat can be given.
If we have another similar Shasta retreat planned (with Matthew Hara and Taty Alencar together), we can talk about transferring the registration.
