This Idea Development Workshop is designed to help early career academics to develop their journal articles for submission to competitive journals. 

The workshop consists of two parts:
Part 1 (9:30–10:30 AM EST): A Q&A session with our esteemed panelists. 
Part 2 (10:45 AM–12:00 PM EST): Small group discussions focused on participants’ research ideas. Each group (4–5 participants) will be matched with a leading expert who will provide feedback and guidance. Participation in this part is limited to 20 participants.

Registration Information

To participate, please submit a 350-word abstract of your research idea to Dr. Regina Kim (rkim@fairfield.edu) by February 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.

Submission Deadline: February 24, 2025
Acceptance Notifications: March 4, 2025
Please Note: Submission does not guarantee acceptance into the workshop.
