To book please fill out the form below and await a response from our bookings manager (response time may take up to 72 hours). Please note your booking times include your set up and pack down times too. If you arrive earlier than the time you booked we cannot guarantee that you will be granted access to the building and if you leave later than the booking slot extra fees maybe incurred.

Please note, all tech specs and files must be sent at least 48 hours in advance.

Dream Room and Lab:

Off Peak - Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 10am - 4pm 

£15 per hour for one space. 

£20  per hour for both spaces.

On Peak - Weekends and Evenings.

£25 per hour for one space. 

£35  per hour for both spaces.

The Venue:

Off Peak - Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 10am - 4pm. 

£25 per hour

On Peak - Weekends and Evenings.

£40 per hour

Extras:

Additional Tech Support: £15 per hour.

Additional Security: £15 per hour. This will be added automatically for events where more than 1 security required. 

Additional Photography Add on available per availability. Request for price. 

For a BYOB event (where guests bring alcohol) a corkage fee applies (see policy).

Sometimes require additional fees for cleaning or tech set up depending on what you are planning.
