Please read the following agreement, accept the terms, and submit the electronic form to complete your contract.

The artwork remains the property of the artist until sold by the Art Barn.
The Art Barn will retain a commission of the sale price.
Members: Art Barn will retain a commission of 30% of the sale price. The artist will receive 70%
Non-members: Art Barn will retain a commission of 40% of the sale price. The artist will receive 60%
Payment will be accompanied by an itemized statement of items sold.
The sale price is set by the artist and will not be changed by the Art Barn without the artist’s consent in advance.
While we make all reasonable attempts to keep consigned artwork safe from loss, damage, or theft, the artwork is not insured by the Art Barn School of Art. We advise artists to insure their own work.
The artist’s copyrights will be respected. No reproductions of any kind will be made of artwork consigned to the Art Barn without the advance written consent of the artist.
Artwork has to be picked up on the designated pick up date. Artwork not picked up within 14 days of this date will be placed in storage; after which prior arrangements have to be made to collect the artwork. After 30 days artwork becomes property of the Art Barn, unless otherwise agreed.

The Art Barn School of Art, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit organization.

Our Mission: At Art Barn, we inspire creativity across generations by providing an inclusive, nature-based space where artists of all skill levels can explore, experiment and grow through the arts.

All funds received by the Art Barn School of Art are used to support our organizational mission.
