ACCESS TO FACILITIES
- If you need to access the church outside of its regular hours, please contact office@acpc.org.nz to request access.
RESTRICTED AREA
- Include a statement in the event description reminding attendees that certain areas of the church building are not accessible to the general public.
- Verbalise these restrictions to attendees at the beginning of the event.
As the event host, it is your responsibility to ensure that all attendees are aware of these restrictions and that they are followed throughout the duration of the event.
CLEANING AND RUBBISH
- Members are responsible for cleaning the venue after the completion of the event.
- All rooms and areas used are to be cleaned.
- Tables and chairs must be cleaned and returned to their original location.
- Members must remove all their rubbish from the venue.
LEAVING THE FACILITIES
- All doors and windows are locked (even if you did not open them, please check.):
(1) all doors are closed & locked,
(2) lifts are locked and
(3) alarm on level 1 must be ON. - Stove is switched off on.
- Switch off all electrical appliances including lights, fans and air-conditioning.
- All furniture is left where it was found.
- All cleaning and rubbish procedures have been completed – particularly in the kitchen.
SECURITY NOTE- Please DO NOT share the passcodes with anyone (especially your personal alarm access code)
- Please ensure the passcode is NOT left on the keypad when taking the lift keys
- To prevent unauthorised access to the building, it is crucial that all vehicles leaving the carpark make sure to close the roller gate before exiting the area.
