2016 NSCs - Application Form for Officials
In the spring of 2016, EYP Italy will organise its 37th, 38th and 39th National Selection Conferences.

The first one will take place in Orvieto, a charming town in the heart of Italy, from the 3rd to the 8th of March 2016; the second one will take place in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a seaside resort midway from Venice and Trieste, from the 31st of March to the 5th of April 2016; the third one will take place in Volterra, a beautiful medieval town near Pisa, from the 5th to the 10th of May 2016.

All sessions will include Teambuilding, Committee Work and General Assembly, and together will gather almost 300 delegates coming from all over the country, selected through a national pre-selection process.
Officials are asked to arrive at the venue on the first day of the session, by 1pm. Departures may take place anytime during the last day, as the Farewell Party will be taking place on the evening of the before last day of the session. There is no participation fee; however, travel expenses to and from the Session venues will not be covered.

The Officials’ Team of each session will be composed of 3 Vice-Presidents, 11 Chairpersons, 1-2 Editors, 4 Media Team members and 6 Organisers; however, Volterra 2016 will not have a Media Team. Orvieto 2016 will be head organised by Jacopo Moretti, and presided by Mr. Fahad Saher (NL); Lignano 2016 will be head organised by Luca Draisci, Riccardo Pagnan and Robin Roy Fonda, and presided by Mr. David Corish (IE); Volterra 2016 will be head organised by Edoardo Folenghi and Beniamino Masi, and presided by Ms. Dorothea Weber (DE).

In order to apply as Chair, Vice-President or Editor, you should fill in this online form, before the 10th of January 2016.
In order to apply as Media Team member or Organiser, you should fill in this online form, before the 17th of January 2016. The Editors will be selected before this deadline, and will be then joining the selection panel.

All applicants will be informed of the outcome of the selection individually by the end of January.
