Reentry Funds Needs Assessment
The Youth Justice Fund (YJF), in partnership with the State Appellate Defender Office, recognize that the transition home from jail during this time comes with financial and other hardships. YJF may be able to provide financial assistance to individuals who have been recently incarcerated in Southeastern Michigan. Priority will be given to individuals who, in the past, were sentenced as a youth to a term of incarceration. YJF hopes to provide emergency relief to returning citizens impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
