Registration for KPL's Zoom Chair Yoga Class
Seated Yoga: Can’t get down on the floor, uncomfortable standing for long periods, or rehabilitating an injury? Seated yoga may be your answer. A chair is used for most of class, which allows you to perform poses while seated and/or supports you while standing. Dress comfortably, stay hydrated, and prepare to move it-move it!Classes begin November 9th and will be held every Monday at 4 PM through December 14, on Zoom. Participants will need a computer/laptop/tablet/smart phone to participate.
