FMB Volunteer Signup - 2019 River Cleanup
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Friends of the Missouri Breaks Monument (FMB!) The 2019 FMB River Clean-Up will be on Saturday, September 28th in celebration of National Public Lands Day. Please fill out the form below to volunteer.

We will be meeting at 9:30am at the Canoe Launch Campground in Fort Benton, MT. Latex gloves and trash bags will be provided the morning of. A sandwich lunch will be provided on the river. If you have your own gloves it is recommended to bring them (gloves with a plastic or rubber coated palm for safety and easy gripping when wet are best). Trash grabbers are also welcome.
Volunteers are responsible for bringing the following:
Canoe/paddles/PFDs*, sun protection, rain gear, layers (it could be chilly!), and bug spray.

We will paddle 20 miles downriver collecting trash and take out at Wood Bottom Recreation Area. Then join FMB for a FREE BBQ Dinner from 4-6pm at Wood Bottom! There may also be a chance to win some prizes for volunteering. Contact FMB at 406-502-1334 or info@missouribreaks.org if you have any questions.

Please submit this form no later than Friday, September 13th so that we have an idea of how many people are coming, how many canoes to bring, food allergies, etc.

*We have a limited number of canoes available for individuals who cannot provide their own, available on a first come, first serve basis. Please indicated your watercraft needs in the survey below.
