We are excited to be offering this unique programme, designed with the needs of coaches, coach supervisors and other change practitioners who are looking to enhance:
- ways of working with clients and communities in contexts of complexity and chaos
- systemic and holistic ways of working in their practice
- integration of mindfulness, embodiment and creativity
- their personal development journey in the face of local and global challenges
- an ethical perspective and values-based approach in their work
- their effectiveness as an eco-systems catalyst to their own communities of practice, and adding to a growing
body of knowledge and practice about integrating Theory U in coaching
We are at a pivotal juncture in the world, and this programme seeks to explore how coaches address their own blind-spots and patterns in the same way that we might support those we work with, and in harmony with the broader changes which need to happen individually and collectively in relation to our planet, to each other, and to our deeper sense of purpose and meaning - what Otto Scharmer, the author of Theory U refers to as the 'three divides'.
Theory U (
https://www.presencing.org/aboutus/theory-u) is a generative philosophy and set of approaches which is well-suited to the challenges of our times. The 'Integrating Theory U in Practice' programme is a learning pathway to support integration and transformation for practitioners, based on collective learning principles, as well as incorporating small group and peer practice, to help you to transfer the learning back into your own context.
The programme will be delivered via Zoom (sessions will be recorded for those who miss them), with the option of purchasing additional 121 supervision mentor support from seasoned Theory U practitioners based in different time-zones around the world.
