Whether you're brand new to kettlebells or looking to sharpen your technique, this all-levels workshop is for you! Join coach Amadeus Heimann for a dynamic, hands-on session designed to build strength, skill, and confidence with one of the most versatile tools in the gym.

We’ll kick things off with mobility work to get your body prepped, then progress through key kettlebell movements - including the Swing, Clean, Press, and Snatch. Amadeus will guide you through proper form and movement patterns so you leave feeling empowered and ready to use kettlebells safely and effectively.

Time permitting, we’ll wrap it up with a fun ladder-style finisher, combining the moves you’ve learned into a fun, challenging workout.
