2017 Patterson Blues and BBQ Vendor Fair Registration Form
This year's Blues and BBQ will be on September 16 & 17, 2017 from 12 pm - 7 pm at the Patterson Fire Department, Patterson NY. We are using this form as an easy way to collect vendor information. Once you submit your information, our Event Chair will be in contact with you to either finalize your spot or place you on our waiting list.

A few things to note: The vendor fair is for small businesses, such as work at home businesses and crafters. Larger companies who are interested in one of our Exhibitor spaces, please send an email to pattersonrotaryny@gmail.com for more information and space availability. The other is that we only accept one vendor from each company (ex, only one Origami Owl space). If you have a friend or team mate that you would like to share space with, please note that on both registrations, so we don't add the other to the waiting list. Spaces can only be shared by those people from the same company and double spaces are available for those going in with others from the same company, just ask when we send our confirmation email. Payment must be received within 7 days of Patterson Rotary notifying you that you have a space. We will not hold spaces longer than that and we will not be accepting payment on the day of the festival. Any questions, please contact carrierotary@gmail.com.
