2024-2025 JWOC Resilience Circle Cohort Application
Thank you for applying to JWOC Resilience Circle, by Dimensions Educational Consulting. The Program provides Black women and women of color leaders with opportunities to heal, repair, and transform their minds, bodies, and souls. Transformation is experienced through retreats, community support, and educational resources. Healing and repair is galvanized through practices of accountability and reciprocity within our cohort experience. Sisters deepen their liberation by offering each other their vision of community love, mother-work, and self-care. 

The cohort experience is a revolutionary and iterative process that provides BIPOC women with opportunities for individual empowerment, community building, and leadership for systemic impact. To experience this gift of liberation and transformation, The JWOC Resilience Circle Program requires a 10-month commitment from all participants, and attendance to all the retreats is mandatory.

Time Commitment:

  • Pre Gathering - Virtual, Sept 8th, 2024
  • Retreat I - Transformational Personal Ecology, Cape Cod, MA, September 24th - 27th 2024
  • Relationship Building Session - Virtual, Oct 27th
  • Retreat II - Transformational Activism, Atlanta, Georgia, November 10th - 13th, 2024
  • Relationship Building Session II- Virtual, December TBD
  • Regional Gatherings-TBD, (November - December)
  • Retreat III - Transformational Spirituality, Phoenix, January 12th- 15th 
  • Relationship Building Session III - Virtual, February 
  • Culmination Ceremony - March 23rd- 26th

Financial Commitment:

  • A $500 non-refundable participation fee is due upon cohort acceptance.

    • $250 upon acceptance, $250 upon mid-way completion of the program on December 2nd, 2024.

    • Your flights to Boston, Atlanta, and Phoenix. Dimensions will cover all other retreat costs.

    • Upon acceptance subsidy application forms will be available to all cohort participants.
