You are invited to participate in a tracer survey conducted by Brokenshire College Inc. This survey aims to identify the Alumni’s journey as they have left the halls of Brokenshire College. Your participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time without any consequences.
Purpose of the Survey
The purpose of this survey is to trace the graduates of Brokenshire College Inc. Your responses will help improve the services and programs that the college can provide for its students and alumni.
What Participation Involves
If you agree to participate, you will be asked to:
- Complete a survey consisting of several personal information questions.
- The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Confidentiality
Your responses will be kept confidential. Data will be stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel involved in the study. Results will be reported in aggregate form, and no individual responses will be disclosed.
Risks and Benefits
There are minimal risks associated with participating in this survey. The benefits of participating include better and up-to-date information about the graduates and increased Alumni participation and cooperation with the school.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or withdraw at any time without any penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
