Event Intake Form

I am able to help with all aspects of your event.

My rates and services:

1) Video chat or in person consultation $50 per hour. We can discuss your event, I can help you with planning, and answer questions along the way.

2) Planning your event from start to finish. $50 consultation then $150/hr. I will plan your event for you from start to finish. This includes finding the venue, catering, music, decorations, coordinating staff during the event, set up and tear down. This does not include the costs associated with each of those items. We will discuss your budget ahead of time and I will work on finding what will work best. This also does not include marketing your event or sending out invitations.

3) Planning and marketing. $50 consultation fee, then $250/hr. I will plan your event from start to finish as listed above and will help market your event to the public, make and send out invitations, etc.
