2026 GPAR Installment Payment Plan 
GPAR is offering Primary Members a 5-installment Payment Plan, only available via credit card payment. The plan allows Primary Members to conveniently pay dues in five payments, beginning in September and ending in early January 2026. Members find this to be a good option for budgeting purposes compared to a lump sum payment due in early January each year.

Members may also elect to make an optional donation to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). RPAC funds are split between NAR, PAR and GPAR and are used to support REALTOR® friendly political candidates. RPAC contributions will be charged with the fifth and final installment, posted on January 8, 2026.

By submitting this form, you authorize GPAR to charge the payments on the dates listed below to the credit or debit card you provide. All REALTOR® membership dues must be paid in full on or before January 8, 2026. Dues are non-refundable once the membership year begins.  

Please Note: If you sign up any time after the first payment date (September 18, 2025), the missed payment(s) will be charged on the next scheduled payment date. The subsequent payments will then occur according to the schedule. You will receive a notice each month, via email, showing your account balance decreasing as the monthly dues installment payments are made.
