Address: Rue Puvis de Chavannes – 80 000 AMIENS

When it comes to audience engagement, every cultural institution faces the same big questions – who is our audience? how do we use digital? what is our role in society? On June 4 in Amiens, we will host four cultural institutions across Europe who will share insights from their experiments on audience engagement. From learning how to collaborate internally to co-creating playful experiences with members of the public.

We hope you can join us for this Knowledge Exchange Forum. This is a fast paced event with 10 minute lightning talks, a networking opportunity and Q&A to answer your burning questions. This is a free event. Places will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis, so please register as soon as possible. A direct translation will be provided, since this a French and English event.

The Knowledge Exchange Forum is hosted by Musée de Picardie, one of the first purpose-built museums in France. The museum is undergoing a long-term renovation and will be open to the public soon. The team of educators, curators and communicators - lead by Director Laure Dalon, have been working behind the scenes to develop radical new approaches to visitor engagement - from the use of comics to re-thinking the museum visit.
