Welcome to the Juvenile Sex Offenders and Public Perception research study! We are interested in understanding how the public perceives juvenile sex offenders, particularly with regards to their potentials for future criminal behavior and opportunities/possibilities related to treatment and rehabilitation. For this study, you will be presented with the stories of three different teen boys who have are juvenile sex offenders. After reading each of their stories, you will be asked to answer a questionnaire with regards to each specific story. Your responses will be kept completely confidential. This study should take you around 30 minutes to complete. Your participation in this research is completely voluntary and you reserve the right to withdraw your participation at any point in the study.
