We’re Upperfast.de, a production company based in Berlin. For our passion project “Peas” (for Hinge, directed by Leve Kühl), we are currently looking for background actors for a bar scene.

For the bar scene, we need young, alternative people aged early 20s to mid-30s who would like to be acting in the background at the bar. Sitting on chairs, chatting with friends, discussing things, and having a good time together.

There is no budget, but we may be able to cover travel expenses. Extras should ideally be based in Berlin.

The film "Peas" follows Metin, a young man with a Turkish background, who brings his French boyfriend Léo home to meet his parents for the first time – while hiding the fact that they actually met on a dating app.

With humor and warmth, Peas explores the little lies and absurd cover stories people sometimes create to disguise online dating – and shows that, in the end, it’s the real connection that matters.
