Agreement Details: Attendance at the Tri-State Maker Faire on: APRIL 7, 2019 and is from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. Payment is due no later than MARCH 1, 2019. Payments should be made out and sent to: The Hotchkiss School, memo line/note – Tri-State Maker Faire. All fees are non-refundable as they go toward promotion and general maintenance for this event. Set up: begins at 9:00 am Break down by: 4:30 pm. - If any of these terms are not met, the EFML may cancel participants’ attendance at event and retain payment for broken agreement.
Statement of Liability:The EFML, and thus The Hotchkiss School, will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged property or merchandise, or any injuries incurred during the Tri-State Maker Faire.
