Business Partnership Agreement Form
Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Sanders Memorial Elementary School's Parent Teacher Association (SMES PTA) for the 2025/2026 school year. School-Community partnerships are agreements made between a business, agency or organization and a school or the district to work together for the purpose of enhancing education. Partnerships may be formed at any time during the 2025/2026 school year and are to remain in effect for the duration of the school year. Partners should formalize or renew their partnership agreement annually by completing a new Business Partnership Agreement Form    each school year.

Gold Stallion Business Partnership (Our Most Popular Sponsorship)
Contribution of $500

  • SMES PTA Business Membership

  • Appreciation certificate for your business
  • Recognition on our PTA Social Media accounts – 1 individual and 1 group post per year
  • Business Logo on PTA Website
  • Business banner displayed (during your partnership year) in on the SMES car line fence
  • Car line is used twice daily by families, faculty and staff on SMES property
  • 4X5 banner to be provided by your business
  • Opportunity to distribute a flyer/coupon to SMES families – 1 per year (provided by your business)
  • Opportunity to attend school events with a table to represent your business (Attendee must RSVP prior to the event and provide their own table)

Platinum Stallion Business Partnership
Contribution of $1,000 & above

  • SMES PTA Business Membership
  • Recognition amongst SMES Faculty and Staff
  • Appreciation certificate for your business
  • Recognition on our PTA Social Media accounts – 2 individual (one first half/ one second half of the school year) and all group recognition posts per year.
  • Business Logo on PTA Website
  • Business banner displayed (during your partnership year) in on the SMES car line fence
