PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL APPLICANTS FOR THE 2024 SEASON HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. IF YOU APPLY POST MARCH 31ST YOU WILL BE PUT ON OUR WAITLIST. 

Thank you for your interest in the Dearborn Summer Market hosted by the West Dearborn Downtown Development Authority. We're thrilled to welcome a vibrant community of local entrepreneurs, from delicious food and bakery vendors to unique artisans and makers.

Application Process:
  • February 29th - March 31st: Summer Market Vendor Applications Open
  • April 1st-April 10th: Application Reviews: Once applications have been collected a review process will take place and each vendor will be alerted with an update about their participation. 
  • April 10-12th: Selected applicants will be given an onboarding packet and participation requirements: This packet will include specifics on licensing and permitting, required certifications based on the type of vendor you are, confirmation of participation dates, FAQs, and more market details!
  • April 13th - May 14th: Document & Event Payment Submissions:  Confirmed vendors documentation and payment due to finalize participation. 
Please keep in mind that we have limited spaces for the Dearborn Summer Market and will be reviewing applications to make sure that each event date as an exciting assortment of food, artisans, and service vendors!

Market Basics

Event Dates:

  • June: 14th - Kids Day
  • July: 12th - Music at the Market
  • August: 9th - Kids Day
  • September: 13th  - Music at the Market

Event Location: Our market location is still being solidified as construction for new parks are underway. Final location will be determined and provided to onboarded vendors in the next steps. 

Hours: 3pm-8pm -For all market days

Kid Days : On specified days we are hosting special vendors, activities, and learning opportunities perfect for our youth in the community.

Music at the Market: Live music to compliment the market on select Friday's throughout the summer.
