This is the local application to be a member of the UIC Psi Chi Chapter; the first step in becoming a member.

Before applying please make sure you meet the requirements, which can be viewed below.

Completing this application is the first step in the membership process. Once received, your application will be reviewed by an advisor. The status of your application and next steps will be emailed to you in early October by our faculty advisor Professor Littman.
