POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER (120k +)
Lovecity Charity Foundation requires a General Manager to take over the administrative management of our Microfinance Bank operations. The ideal candidate should know the Small and Medium Scale business backward and forward and should be able to anticipate changes in the industry before they occur. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who can take advantage of our Charity Model for the benefit of both our Model Bank and our Grant Beneficiaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
*Find new ways to promote our Model Bank through advertisement and quality grant disbursement.
*Institute and follow advanced grant disbursement policies and procedures
*Remain accountable for all grant disbursement and utilization
*Update and change procedure seasonally and in response to grant concerns
*Delegate responsibilities and tasks to other employees
*Maintain top quality managerial skill and customer service standards
*Focus on building human capacities and forecasting future performance of our grant beneficiaries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*A minimum of two-year experience in Human and Capacity development
*A minimum of one-year experience in a leadership position
*Ability to work with all manner of persons (illiterate, literate, difficult etc.)
*Ability to coach, train and motivate both grant beneficiaries and other staff members
*Ability to work overtime and sometimes on weekends

POSITION: ACCOUNTANT  (100k +)
We’re looking for an organized and result-oriented Accountant to join our growing Model Microfinance Bank. The Staff Accountant position will work closely with our General Manager to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day to day financials.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
*Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
*Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
*Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions during grant disbursement

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*A minimum of two years accounting experience
*Knowledge of accounting procedure for Charity Organization  
*Computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
*Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
*Additional experience in Audit and International accounting

POSITION: SECRETARY  (80k +)
Our office is currently accepting applications to fill the role of Secretary within our client service department. The successful candidate will perform skilled clerical work and provide general secretarial support to department administrators. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments as they come in, and capable of working without supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
*Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
*Develop and implement office procedures
*Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
*Compose letters, memos and emails
*Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
*Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*A minimum of two years clerical experience
*Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data processing preferred
*Knowledge of specific software programs, including Word, Excel,
*Able to work independently
*Friendly and professional behavior
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

POSITION: CHIEF SUPERVISOR  (80k +)
Our Model Microfinance Bank is looking for a talented and results-driven Supervisor to manage project supervision and workflow of our Grant beneficiaries. The ideal candidate should have experience organizing work groups, coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules and ensuring quality compliance. You must possess strong communication and leaderships skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. The Supervisor will be excited about guiding, training and supporting their team members and is highly motivated to help our grant beneficiaries to fulfill their project goals. The successful candidate will be people-centered, supportive and flexible to get the most of his/her team. You should also be a natural leader that’s focused on inspiring grant beneficiaries to own their work and deliver better results.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
*Set performance goals and project deadlines for Grant beneficiaries
*Delegate work to team members, track progress and provide constructive feedback throughout projects
*Address problems with work quality, issues between beneficiaries and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
*Ensure beneficiaries adhere to Bank policies and legal regulations
*Serve as a link between grant beneficiaries and Bank Management
*Conduct performance reviews motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Computer skills in MS Office and project reporting softwares
*Sound education in Management or related field  
*Great organizational skills and an eye for detail
*Ability to train employees when needed

POSITION: DRIVER  (40k +)
We’re looking for a Driver who is energetic, personable and safe. You must enjoy meeting people and be deeply familiar with area nuances, such as back roads and traffic patterns to various project locations of our grant beneficiaries. We provide the van, but you should have a clean background check/driving record and driver’s license. Drivers will generally work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., but occasional travelling, extended hours and weekend hours may be necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work occasional evenings and weekends
Complete daily maintenance checks on vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum of one-year driving experience
Ability to manage time and routes
Strength to lift loads plus bending and twisting
Work well independently
Open and transparent communication
Familiarity with environment

POSITION: CLEANER  (20k +)
Our Model Bank is looking for a cleaner that can handle some dirty work. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene. We’re looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that office environment are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you’re ready to put on your gloves and scrub up for us.

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
*Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
*Clean commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces
*Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request
*Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
*Notify building management of any repairs required
*Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*Ability to handle machinery used in cleaning
*Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
*Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
*Excellent organizational skills a must
*Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision

POSITION: SECURITY OFFICER  (40k +)
The successful candidate will identify and report incidents at the Office premises. The Security Officer will periodically tour the assigned facility to identify any irregularities, observe protection and fire control equipment, uphold order, and enforce regulations for the facility in regards to the premises, personnel and visitors.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
*Provide excellent customer service
*Adhere to all company service and operating standards
*Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
*Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
*Protect the Bank’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
*Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations

SECURITY OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
*18+ years of age
*Written and verbal communication skills
*Capable of following complex instructions
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Willingness to participate in the Bank’s screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
*Knowledge of security operations and procedures
