1. Introduction
The annual Serendipity Arts Festival 2017 is back from December 14, 2017 to December 22, 2017 in Panjim, Goa. This exciting festival will feature several curated projects across 8 venues in the city covering the literary, visual and performing arts as well as the culinary arts.
Thanks to all our wonderful Volunteers, the festival was a great success last year. Come volunteer with us this year for a stimulating and experience of the arts!
The volunteers shall get an opportunity to gain an experience giving guided tours, travel and logistics, artist management, backstage experience, production, F&B. The selection of department shall be made at the Trust's discretion based on the resumes.
2. The perks of being an Serendipity Volunteer:

- Interact with the 14 curators, collaborators and other VIP

- Build your knowledge of how to handle and talk about art, backstage and production work

3. Criteria and Eligibility
- Applicant should be 18 + years
- CV must be shared
- Knowledge of the arts scene is preferable but not mandatory
- Enthusiastic, Hardworking and Dedicated applicants are welcome
- Knowing multiple languages is an added bonus
4. Process
- Register by filling the Google Form
- Serendipity Arts Trust shall contact you
- An interview over Skype or in person shall take place
- The final selected volunteers shall be informed
5. Deadlines
15 October 2017: Last day for Registration
4 December- 13 December 2017 : Training and Orientation in Goa
14 December -23 December 2017: Serendipity Arts Festival 2017
6. Added incentives:
Besides having a great experience of being surrounded by amazing arts, volunteers shall be fed and offered a small stipend at the end!
Unfortunately, we shall not be able to provide travel or accommodation.
