They say it takes 21 days to form a habit.
We want to help you develop some sustainable habits for the new year.
We believe God designed each of us to flourish.
That means exercising and caring for our minds, bodies, and souls.
Whether you are new to running or walking or a longtime runner, we hope to inspire and motivate you to hit your fitness goals while strengthening your faith.
HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
1. Join our free Glory Chasers training group for encouragement and coaching. (Oh wait, you're already here! Yay!)
2. Snag a copy of the Walk Run Soar devotional and training journal if you don't already have one. It's on sale here:
3. Commit to join us starting Jan. 11, 2021 by filling out this quick form.
Our goal is to *move* for 21 consecutive days with a challenge to walk/jog at least 1-2 miles daily the first week, walk/run at least 2-4 miles the second week, and run + core workout the third week. We encourage you to take Sundays as a day of “rest” and focus on stretching or yoga. We will provide the prompts and host online coaching sessions. (If you are more advanced, you can always modify the workouts to fit your goals!)
4. Check in daily on the Google spreadsheet we provide for accountability and to be entered for our grand prize package!
*SAVE THE DATE: Sunday, January 10 at 5 p.m. PT we will host a live Zoom call to connect face-to-face with all of you about the challenge and share goals! We can't wait to do this in community! Please invite friends!
