Heritage Ski Club Membership Card Order Form
Please Complete this Form To purchase membership cards for season 2025 only. 
A separate form will be posted over break to pre purchase lift tickets, and rentals. 
 YOU MUST PURCHASE YOUR CLUB CARDS BEFORE 9 January 2025. 

MEMBERSHIP CLUB CARDS:
- Membership Cards are $30 each and will be distributed on or first club night Thursday Jan. 9 2025. If you would like to pick up your club cards earlier, please contact me and we can coordinate. 

Our Club will run on Thursday nights at Alpine Valley Ski Area starting Janurary 9- Feburary 27th. 

We must have 20 students signed up each week to be considered a club, so please help us reach our goal and recruit your friends. They do NOT need to be students of Heritage to participate, anyone between the ages of 6- 18 years ,can join. We accept all levels from beginner/intermediate/advanced skiers/boarders.  6 year olds do not need a club card.

SKI CLUB BENEFITS: 
- Ski/Board Rental $30, (Regular price $44.00)*
- Helmet Rental $10,  (Regular price $15.00)*
* Rentals are discounted on Club night (Thursdays) only. 

-Student lift tickets can be purchased at the window (with visual of membership card), Mon - Wed, and Fri 3PM to close. Lessons can only be redeemed on your Club night (Thursday).

- Two Ski/Board lessons are included in your membership. Patches are free. 
* Additional lessons can be purchased for $25 at the ski/board desk. 

STUDENT CLUB MEMBERS*
CARD USE: You may use your card for discount lift tickets starting the week of 1/9/2024. If you are participating in the ski lesson you may only attend the lesson on Thursdays (our ski club night). 

SKI CLUB LESSONS: Any child age 7-18 is applicable to participate in ski club lessons. 

RETURNING CLUB MEMBERS: Please display your colored patches on your person. This identifies (to Chair Lift Operators) what hill you can ski confidently. 

NEW MEMBERS: An evaluation will be provided (free of charge) to asses your skill set and place you in the appropriate ski lesson.

DISPLAYING CLUB PATCHES: Clear arm bands are available for purchase (through me, or through the office) for $5.00. Your membership card and color patches must be shown while skiing. 

PARENT CLUB MEMBERS*
CARD USE: You may use your card for discount Tickets, and rentals on Club night only. 

CHILDREN AGE OF 6- You may purchase a discounted ticket ( with visual of your membership card) at the ticket window. The 6YO will not need to obtain their own club card. 

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS: A punch card containing Ten, $5 off punches can be used on non club nights at the ticket window.  

* MEMBERSHIP CARDS WILL NOT PROVIDE DISCOUNTS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS, 
HOLIDAYS AND BLACKOUT DATES.

Student Club Card (7-18 years old)- One time purchase required for each participating student. 
Student Card must be displayed at all times while on the ski hill. Each $30 student card includes 2 free lessons (ski or snowboard). Once the free lessons have been used, you may purchase additional weekly lessons, for $25 at the ski school desk. **IF CLUB CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN, YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE.

Parent Club Card - $30 Each (Optional)

Parent club cards as a one-time purchase. On Club Night (Thursday) parents recieve club night discounted rates at the ticket window ($30 all area lift tickets and $30 rentals.) Parent Club Card members may also purchase a discounted lift ticket for 6 year old siblings of student club members. Club night is the only time these discounts are available to the parents and can be purchased at the ticket window, with a valid club card. Parent Club Cards are not valid during Holidays and (Unlike student club cards) do not have to be displayed while on the hill. **IF A CLUB CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN, YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE**

I hereby accept and assume all risks associated with attending and/or participating in the "Heritage Family and Friends Ski Club", and i acknowledge that I alone am responsible for my personal safety. I agree to accept all responsibility for the risks, conditions, and hazards, which may exist during the Events, whether or not I as this time know know of or foresee the specific risk, condition, hazard that results in the injury. I hereby release the Sponsor (Kelsey Wargo) of ski club Skiing/snowboarding, Alpine Valley, and Huron Valley Schools from any liability or damages to any persons or properties skiing/snowboarding at Alpine Valley with this group. I understand that I am responsible for my child's supervision, safety, transportation, and rental equipment.
