d. Driving and Unloading:After parking, you may begin to arrange and display your merchandise within your assigned space, adhering to any specific instructions provided.
g. Compliance and Cooperation:Strict adherence to these instructions is imperative for maintaining order and safety at the market. Any deviation may warrant intervention by the Market Management. Your cooperation is highly appreciated to ensure a successful market experience for all.
Participation/Attendance PolicyMarket Operation:
The Market at Shavano Park operates come rain or shine, with the exception of severe weather conditions such as forecasted winds over 30 mph, a more than 60% chance of rain, or unforeseeable acts of God.
Refund Policy:I acknowledge that “rain or shine” implies that the market fees are non-refundable under any weather conditions.
Cancellation and Announcement:In the rare event that the market must be canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, an announcement will be promptly made on our Facebook page by 7 am on the day of the market.

Refund Policy during Lockdown:I understand and acknowledge that if a lockdown is declared, no refunds will be issued for any fees paid.
Market Resumption:Once the government provides the all-clear and lifts the lockdown, the market will resume its operations, and vendors will be informed of the reopening dates and any new guidelines or requirements that may be in place.
Agreement:By participating in The Market at Shavano Park, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of the pandemic lockdown policy, including the non-refundable nature of the market fees during a lockdown and the procedure for market resumption.
*Vendors are obligated to remain operational for the entire market duration, even if they have sold out of their products early. Early breakdown is strictly prohibited before the official closing time of the market.
Preliminary Break Down:Vendors may commence preliminary break-down activities 15 minutes prior to the market’s designated closing time. However, full breakdown and packing should only begin after the market has officially closed.
Vehicle Access:Vehicles are not to be brought to the vendor spaces until all items have been completely packed up. This is to ensure the safety of market patrons and to maintain an orderly and unobstructed environment within the market.
Agreement:By participating in The Market at Shavano Park, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of the early breakdown policy and commit to adhering to the stipulated timings for breakdown and vehicle access to ensure the safety and success of the market.

Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit:Possession of a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit is mandatory for all participants. Vendors must ensure they have acquired this permit before participating in the market.
Texas Cottage Law Adherence:Vendors selling food or baked products under Texas Cottage Law must ensure their products are appropriately labeled as per the law's requirements, displaying all necessary information clearly and accurately.

Canopy Setup:Open the canopy with assistance until all weights are securely fastened.Ensure that the weights are properly attached to prevent any accidents or injuries.By participating in The Market at Shavano Park, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of the tent setup guidelines and commit to adhering to them strictly to ensure the safety and well-being of all market participants.
Vendors are permitted to arrive as early as 8 am for the Sunday market. It is crucial that vendors promptly unload their merchandise and equipment and immediately park their vehicles in the designated vendor parking area. Setup should only commence once the vehicle is parked appropriately.
Vendor Parking Area:The allocated vendor parking area is the only area where vendors are allowed to park their vehicles.Upon arrival, a market team member will be available to guide you to your assigned spot and provide directions to the vendor parking area.Special Parking Arrangements:Vendors possessing a valid handicap decal or license plate requiring closer parking should contact management to arrange suitable parking accommodations. We aim to ensure accessibility and convenience for all our vendors while maintaining order and safety within the market premises.

I understand that any violation of these rules may result in my immediate ejection from the market without prior notice. *I hereby grant The Market at Shavano Park the irrevocable right and permission to use my likeness in photographs, videos, and other media, in any of its publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration.
