A survey of sound awareness and listening habits
You are invited to take part in a survey about sound awareness and listening habits. The survey has been organised by Amy Beeston and Kathryn Miguda and has been reviewed and accepted by the University of Sheffield ethics committee. Results from the survey will be used to raise awareness of the impact that sound and music can have on our overall well-being.

Before you decide whether or not to participate, it is important that you read through the information sheet and have the chance to discuss it with us if you would like to. Please take your time in deciding whether you would like to take part in the survey.

The information sheet can be found here: https://staffwww.dcs.shef.ac.uk/people/A.Beeston/dl/info_consent/SiM_9024_info.pdf
