Mindful Matters Survey
As part of our Mindful Matters project, JCI (Junior Chamber International) Sheffield wants to explore the experiences of young professionals in Sheffield, in relation to mental health. We would like to hear from those with direct or indirect experience of mental health challenges.

Our Mindful Matters project aims to consider what help, support and services people have found useful - or would have found helpful - and seek ideas and suggestions for improving mental wellbeing.

The survey will take approx 10 minutes to complete and can be done anonymously or with brief demographic information.

We’re extremely grateful to Healthwatch Sheffield for awarding us a Speak Up Small Grant to support the project.

Please note - findings, themes, quotes and evidence will be used to produce a report that will be shared with commissioners with the aim of improving health and social care services. Any information that could identify someone will not be used.

The survey will close on 30th April at 8pm
