2026 CRS Summer Staff Reference Form
CRS is a Christ-centered residential camp offering programs for children ages 6-16 years, and we have a great responsibility in selecting the staff members who will influence and care for them.  Each staff person is responsible for the well-being of these children. We expect our staff to truly enjoy working with kids, to desire to make a difference in their lives, and be a positive, Christian role model. We are looking for staff members with strong morals and values, flexibility, enthusiasm, honesty, caring, safe, fun, nurturing and a solid work ethic. A day at camp can be very physically demanding, often 14 to 16 hour days for 7-8 weeks straight, so patience, stamina, and endurance are critical traits as well.  We rely on our staff to uphold our high standards of safety and excellence through their words and actions. As you can see, this job requires a very special person.
