- Techniques and media- Sensorial exploration- Dr. Montessori’s guiding principles- Art appreciation: great masterpieces & unknown works- The social significance of non-verbal images This workshop is open to Montessori Teachers and Assistants working at the primary and elementary levels.
About The Presenter:Ms. Phyllis Pottish-Lewis holds a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from UCLA and a master’s degree in Montessori Education from Loyola University Maryland, as well as AMI diplomas at the primary and elementary levels. She has spent over 37 years teaching children and 28 years lecturing in AMI training courses. Today, Ms. Pottish-Lewis is a faculty member at the Montessori Institute of Milwaukee. In her spare time, she consults for AMI schools and teachers around the world and gives international seminars.
