Form for Reporting Covid Protocol Violations at the Community Garden
If you have seen a gardener neglecting any of the rules outlined in the 2021 Rules of Operation in Response to Covid-19 document (link below), please use this anonymous form to report this violation to garden officers.
Violations include failure to wear a mask, failure to maintain distance from other gardeners, failure to sanitize high-touch surfaces in the garden, and failure to indicate a plot visit on the garden use calendar prior to arrival.
Any reported violations earn that gardener a strike. If that gardener receives a second strike, they will forfeit their plot.
