What:
The purpose of the group is to provide a supportive environment for accessing creative space in our lives. I’ll provide journaling prompts, check-ins, ideas for finding time to create, habit-building help, and assistance in setting realistic, achievable goals. Developing a healthy creative practice is something to which I’ve dedicated many hundreds of hours of my life, including reading, research, and experimenting with my own creative practice over the past 5 years. I want to share the skills I’ve learned and help folks access their own creativity regularly. I’ve got some creative goals I’ll be working on alongside you, as well! We’re all deserving of creative time and space, and I want to help you find it and protect it.
