The free response questions are optional for returning mentors (write "N/A" in the required boxes). However, they are REQUIRED for anyone who was not a mentor last year.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a MANDATORY mentor training on Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28 as well as a MANDATORY Meet and Greet on Sunday, May 13 for mentors on or near Stanford campus. For those unable to make the mentor training and/or Meet and Greet in person, you will attend these two events virtually. If you cannot make these dates, please explain in the space provided at the end of the application.
