2. Eligible entrants
Applicants must be either in Australia or in New Zealand and have reached the age of majority as defined by the respective laws of Australia or New Zealand. Please note that each applicant can only register for themselves, and they must provide truthful information. Any falsification, once discovered, will result in the disqualification of the applicant by Shokz.
3. Date and Time
Event 1: The offline Shokz Fit Day event in gym
The offline event will tour four Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Gold Coast) and host dedicated sessions at local gyms. The schedule for each city is as follows:
- Sydney: March 10
- Melbourne: April 3 (The specific time and location are subject to the email notification.)
- Brisbane: April 13 (The specific time and location are subject to the email notification.)
- Gold Coast: April 17 (The specific time and location are subject to the email notification.)
Before each session, the registration link will be updated on the Shokz event page. Registration opens on February 27, and the deadline for each individual session is five days before the event takes place. Seleted attendees will be informed and confirmed by email individually before event. Selected applicants are required to respond within 24 hours upon receiving the email, otherwise, their application will be disqualified. Please pay attention to the email provided in this application form.

Event 2: The online event Shokz Fit Day Lucky Draw
For each session, one of applicants who is NOT selected to attend the event will win a Shokz Fit Day Pack.
The specific announcement time will be notified later.
Timeline:
Registration for each event will close five days prior to the official event date. The lucky draw will close at the same time as the event registration closes.
Announcement and Notification: Winners will be announced at the same time as the seleted attendees list is published. Winners will also be notified via email.
4. About Shokz Gift Package (aka. Shokz Fit Pack)
Applicants selected to join the Shokz Fit Day Event will receive a gift package from Shokz. The model and color of the headphone in the kit will be determined and provided by Shokz. Apart from the headphones, other items in the kit may vary, so please refer to the received items for accuracy. We offer a two-year warranty on the headphones in the gift pack. For items other than headphones in the gift pack, Shokz shall provide compensation or replacement for missing/damaged items only when defect originates from manufacturing quality issues or logistical errors during transportation, provided the recipient submits supporting evidence within 10 business days. No service obligations apply to items other than headphones under any other circumstances.
5. Shokz Fit Day Attendees Selecting Criteria:
All applicants' submissions must be truthful and accurate, and Shokz reserves the right to invalidate the participation for dishonesty. We will evaluate applicants' previous training experiences and athletic abilities to ensure they are capable of safely completing the gym session. Additionally, we'll consider their skills, the authenticity of their responses, and their involvement in sports clubs, social media usage, and other relevant factors. All candidate submissions shall undergo comprehensive evaluation through selection criteria that are free from any form of discrimination or bias.
6. The License of Name and Likeness
As part of organizing the Shokz Fit Day Campaign, we may collect or take photographs/videos of the activities and participants during the Event. Therefore, by registering for this Event, you, permit and authorize Shokz may use your image, voice, appearance, performance, words, your name, or other likenesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Likeness”) for publicity, marketing, and/or promotion for this Event. This consent applies only to Likeness taken or collected during event activities. If you do not agree to authorize Shokz, you agree that you are not eligible for the Event, and you shall immediately return the Shokz Gift Package to Shokz. We will not use individual close-up images or materials that primarily feature a single clearly identifiable participant without obtaining separate express consent from that participant.

7. Risk and Liability
-You warrant you are in good physical condition and health and capable of participation in the Event. Shokz bears no liability for any personal injuries, health problems or death sustained at or after the Event, including directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition, except where such liability arises from reckless conduct.
-You are warned that participation in this Event involves risk of personal injury and/or death, including from collision with participants, fixtures, vehicles, third parties; falls, slips, impact with objects and spikes; being struck by objects/other participants; suffering psychological symptoms, heart attacks, strokes, heat exhaustion and dehydration. You acknowledge that you have been warned of the risks and that you participate in the Event at your own risk and assume all risk and liability for personal injury or death.
-You acknowledge and accept that no sports or personal injury insurance is provided by Shokz to cover your travelling to, or participation in the Event. Shokz recommends that you should obtain your own medical/sports/personal injury/personal public liability insurance and/or personal accident insurance (including for death or permanent incapacity and income protection) in respect of your participation in the Event and its related activities.
8. Additional Rules
(1) Participants must ensure that the email address submitted is valid and accurate. Failing to comply may result in missing the prize notification or delivery.
(2) Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, Shokz reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative prize. All prizes and gifts are designated by Shokz and, except for headphones, are not covered by shokz returns or warranties outside of quality and logistical issues.Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail.
(3) If the event is affected by force majeure or changes in regulatory policies, Shokz reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at its discretion.
(4)For customers who is not selected to attend the event but win Shokz Fit Day Pack, all related shipping costs will be borne by Shokz.All related shipping fees will be covered by Shokz.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://shokz.com.au/pages/privacy-policy#legal_base.

10. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
