🤠 Volunteer at the Norfolk Pro Rodeo – July 18–20, 2025

Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something unforgettable? Join the team behind one of Norfolk County’s most exciting summer events — the Norfolk Pro Rodeo! Volunteers are the heart of this event, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic folks to help bring the rodeo magic to life.

🎟 PERKS OF VOLUNTEERING:

  • Volunteer for 4 hours and get a free Day Pass. Volunteer for 8 hours and get FREE admission to the ENTIRE event! 

  • Free tent camping at our family campground for all qualifying volunteers.

  • Food Voucher to enjoy at one of our amazing food vendors!

  • Be part of an amazing crew and help create a memorable experience for thousands of guests.

🧡 Volunteer Roles Available:

Welcome Crew

Greet guests with a smile

  • Scan tickets, hand out wrist bands, and answer basic questions

  • Help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere at the front and vendor gates

Grounds Crew

  • Make rounds of the festival grounds

  • Empty trash bins and tidy up common areas

  • Deliver firewood to campers as needed

Kid Zone Volunteers

  • Supervise inflatables and ensure safety rules are followed

  • Oversee the craft and shade tent

  • Keep things fun, safe, and smooth for our youngest rodeo-goers

Parking Volunteers

  • Guide and coordinate guest parking on-site

  • Ensure safe and organized parking and vehicle flow

  • Provide directional support to arriving and departing guests

👖 What to Expect & How to Prepare:

Volunteering at a festival means being outdoors, on your feet, and interacting with guests of all kinds. The terrain can be mixed (think grass, gravel, dirt), so sturdy, closed-toed shoes are a must. We also recommend dressing in layers, bringing sunscreen and a hat, and packing snacks and a refillable water bottle — hydration is key!

We’ll provide training and support to make sure you feel confident in your role. Whether you’re new to events or a seasoned volunteer, we’d love to have you on our team.
