By signing up to drive or transport for this event, I acknowledge that I will be using my own vehicle, and I accept full responsibility for safe operation of my vehicle and for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the service. I hereby release, waive, and covenant not to sue The Peña Team, its volunteers, agents, or sponsors from all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatever, arising out of or relating in any way to my participation in this event, including transportation of baskets or materials.

Family & Kids Participation
Volunteers are welcome to bring their families or children to support the event. Please note that part of the volunteer work involves loading baskets or materials from the building into vehicles (and unloading at destination). All participants—adults and minors—will be expected to assist with loading/unloading tasks as needed. By confirming your participation, you also acknowledge that minors you bring will be under your direct supervision.
