When will you know?
Deadlines for applications are 21st January 2019.

We will notify you by 18th February if we are able to accommodate you. It is at this stage you will confirm your participation at PVFF19.

In March we will notify you of your potential pitch site.
It is at this stage that we will supply our bank details so that you can make payment between 8th - 12th April.

We will confirm your payment and reserved pitch by 19th April. Pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis. If payment is not made by the due date the pitch will be offered to another trader.

Where will you pitch?
We have two different spaces for food traders; the market area and the barn/bar area.
The market area? Or the barn area?
Guideline for trading times are:
Set up times are either:
• Wednesday 14 August 2019, 9am – 8pm
• Thursday 15 August 2018, 9am – 6pm (vehicles out by 5pm in barn area)

For safety reasons, arrivals outside these times cannot be permitted.

Traders must have finished their set up and be ready to trade by Thursday 15 August 6pm (Barn area) Friday 16 August 8am (Market area).

Pack down not to start until 10.30pm (Market Area) midnight (Barn area) on Sunday evening. A proportion of our festival goers just come on day tickets and it's unfair for them to have a half packed down festival by the evening. There are also health & safety issues with gaps appearing in the line of stalls.

Clearance with vehicle not until 9.00am on Monday.
Before this, stallholders may carry equipment in/out by hand or sack truck.

If you think you might need to move your vehicle over the weekend to get more stock etc, make sure that you tell the stalls manager and park your car somewhere where it can be moved.
