Family Wellness Market 2020
The Family Wellness Event will take place on Sunday, September 27th from 11AM to 3PM at The Armoury in Aurora (89 Mosley Street). This event is FREE to attend and is geared towards wellness for the whole family! Tickets will be available for purchase to join one of our fitness or educational classes that will be offered.

The event will run on Sunday September 27th 2020 from 11 AM - 3 PM. Set up time will begin at 10 AM and take down from 3 PM to 3:30 PM. *
I Understand That The Cost of The Table Is Non-refundable ***** Please see COVID policy in the event of another shutdown. *
COVID Policy: We will be following COVID guidelines set out by the province of Ontario. If there is another shutdown that prevents the event from happening, your vendor fee will be applied to the next event. If you choose not to participate in the next scheduled event, you will be refunded 50% of your vendor fee.
Clear selection
We will be reaching out to select vendors and at that point, your spot is only reserved once payment has been received. Please submit payment within 48 hours of your application acceptance. Please include your company name in the notes section. *
Linens and décor are the responsibility of the vendor. *
The Family Wellness Market will provide advertising for the event. We will list your company name, social media links/website & photos on all of our social media sites associated with the event. In addition, all vendors are to promote the event on their social channels/current clients. Social media photos/ads will be provided for you to use as well. *
Would you be interested in donating items for the 25 Swag Bags? This is for the first 25 attendees at our Market! *
Please note that an ATM is not on the premise & acceptance of E-transfer is recommended on the day of the event for all vendors, as well as mobile payment devices for debit/credit card purchases (ie, SquareUp), as well as cash options. *
You acknowledge having been fully informed of the following and hereby agree as follows: 1. Set-up time will commence at 10 AM 2. Failure to display set-up prior to 11 AM will result in the forfeiture of your participation 3. The Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen property of the Vendor. 4. Payment is non-refundable. 5. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event, if it will be delayed, hindered or prevented because of any unavoidable delay, including lockouts, unavailability of materials, inclement weather, acts of God or any other cause beyond its reasonable care and control. 6. The organizers have permission to and will use logo of the vendor and various photos to promote the event. 7. The vendor will not make any statement or permit or authorize any statement to be made which is reasonably likely to damage the reputation of the organizers orally or in writing or any form of social media. *
