2021-2022 PTA Committee Leaders - We'd love to have you join us! Committee leaders meet as needed with a team of volunteers to plan, implement and wrap up various activities throughout the year.

Yearbook Coordinator - collect pictures throughout the year from parents, teachers and students then work with Shoob and your yearbook team to create the Yearbook! Send out flyers for cover art, baby pictures and memory ads.

Drama Parent Coordinator - send out flyers and promotional materials for the performance. Coordinate materials and volunteers for ticket sales, concessions, lobby decorations and cast party.

6th Grade Activities Coordinators (2 people) - work with 6th graders and their parents to sell ice cream and put on the Spring Picnic and Fall Carnival to fundraise for end-of-the-year activities. Then schedule and work with parents to coordinate the water slide trip, dance, graduation and swim/BBQ day.

Red Ribbon Week Coordinator - work with a team to create 5 theme days for RRW in October. Purchase prizes and distribute daily during that week.

Craft Fair Coordinator - Work with Ellen Roehne and a team to create 10-12 fun crafts. Purchase supplies, send out flyers/order forms, process orders and coordinate the day.

Spirit Wear Coordinator - work with a team to think of a theme for the year, work with apparel vendor to create design, send out order forms then process all orders and coordinate delivery of all items.

Book Fair Coordinator - work with Scholastic to plan a Fall and Spring Book Fair. Coordinate volunteers to set up, work and then tear down Book Fair. Process all payments and ensure payment to Scholastic is processed.

Teacher Appreciation Coordinator - coordinate small gift and luncheon for teachers in May.

Volunteer Appreciation Coordinator - NEW! We love our volunteers and let's show them some appreciation. Plan a simple morning of coffee and treats to say Thank You!

Field Trip Coordinator - work with Kim Solana in the front office to identify grade-specific field trips, their costs and the breakdown per student. Update and distribute donation request form, process and turn in all donations received.
